How to Clean Your Alto Saxophone：

Separate the saxophone into three sections, the mouthpiece set, neck, and body.

Clean the inside of the saxophone：

After playing the saxophone, your breath contains moisture that can damage the saxophone. Use a cleaning brush to absorb the water inside of the saxophone, and then use the big swab to clean the inside of the bell.

Cleaning the saxophone body：

Use the saxophone neck swab to clean the sax neck. Then, gently wipe down the outside of the sax with the cleaning cloth, and clean the surface of fingerprints, dust, and other stains. Do not wipe the sides or the bottoms of the keys because that could damage your instrument.

Tips：

Apply a small amount of cork grease to the cork, and put it back into the suitcase after maintenance.

Take care of the reed. Whenever you’re finished playing your instrument, remove the reed and be careful not to chip it.
