Can I use a Phantom Powered Microphone with EVO 8?

All four of the EVO 8’s preamp provides full phantom power, so you can use up to four condenser microphones at once with the EVO 8! (You must be connected to a USB C port to provide all four channels of phantom power).

Does the EVO 8 have enough gain for low output microphones such as the Shure SM7B?

With 58dB of gain on each preamp, there’s more than enough gain to drive microphones such as the SM7B.

Will the EVO 8 have enough power to drive my high impedance headphones?

The EVO 8 features two powerful headphone amps that can drive headphones all the way up to 600 ohms and greater!
