The studio-quality recording path of the Discrete 8 Synergy Core starts with eight unique 6-transistor discrete preamps for detailed sound with less noise and vanishingly low distortion. The circuit is the outcome of an extensive study of legendary microphone preamps that shaped the sounds of countless records.

Conversion

With 121dB of dynamic range on the A/D converter and 121dB on the D/A, our converters ensure lush, bold, and expansive recordings of your instruments and vocals. Articulate audio reproduction is ensured by a monitor converter with 130dB dynamic range.

Having 20+ years of clocking expertise, Antelope Audio incorporates their renowned technology in all our Synergy Core interfaces. With proprietary 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking and jitter management algorithm, the Discrete 8 Synergy Core delivers the kind of artifact-free audio that can be found in our high-end master clocks, used in the most prestigious studios around the world.
