These panels are designed with a decorative wood-look slat surface and an acoustic felt backing. They are not intended to be solid wood planks. This structure helps balance modern appearance, easier installation, and acoustic performance.

Will the color look exactly like the product photos?

The color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural wood-look texture differences. We recommend ordering enough panels for the same project at one time to reduce possible batch color differences.

How many panels do I need for my wall?

Please measure your wall height and width first, then compare the total wall area with the coverage area listed for each box. We recommend adding extra material for trimming, mistakes, corners, and future replacement needs.

What should I do if a panel arrives damaged?

Please check all panels before installation. For damaged or missing pieces, send us photos pre-installation to get your replacement resolved.

Should I inspect the panels before installation?

Yes. Please inspect the color, quantity, size, and condition of all panels before cutting or installing. This helps avoid layout issues and makes it easier to resolve any shipping or quality concerns.
