There are more than 100 processes in the manufacture of our clarinet. We use lead-free welding. The b flat clarinet mouthpiece is upgraded to allow more concentrated airflow and CNC opening to ensure accurate intonation. 3 tests are performed to ensure excellence from the first day – 1. A Quality Control Technician performs a lamplight test; 2. professional performs the play test before it leaves the factory and 3. USA Master Technician performs a final play test and makes final inspection.
