Can the Cloud Alpha Wireless be used with PS4/PS5?

While the Cloud Alpha Wireless is only officially compatible with PC for full functionality, it should still function as a headset on the PS5, albeit without the additional functionality provided by NGENUITY eg. DTS, EQ customization, etc.

Can the Cloud Alpha Wireless be used with Xbox?

No, the Cloud Alpha Wireless will not function in any way when used with an Xbox system of any generation eg. Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X | S.

Can the Cloud Alpha Wireless connect via Bluetooth with any system?

No, the Cloud Alpha Wireless esclusively connects via the included 2.4GHz Wireless USB adapter. Bluetooth does not allow for sufficient bandwidth for simultaneous high quality audio playback and mic usage.

Does the Cloud Alpha Wireless come in any alternate color variants?

Not currently.

How are the DTS driver, EQ, and battery life check functions accessed on the Cloud Alpha Wireless?

Getting the most out of the Cloud Alpha Wireless requires using it on PC (Windows 10 / 11) and having NGENUITY (our software) running. Be sure to follow the instructions included in the box to set up the headset and load the DTS drivers.
