What should I do if my pedal isn’t functioning properly?

Firstly, ensure your adapter meets DC 9V 140mA (center-negative) specifications. Using 12V or non-compliant adapters may damage the circuitry.Confirm the power cable is fully inserted into the effector’s interface.

Why does the volume drop when using the pedal?

Volume attenuation may occur with extreme Decay/Mix knob settings—a characteristic of digital reverb effects. For optimal performance, keep both parameters below 70% and avoid simultaneous maximum settings.

How to reduce noise during operation?
