The Orchestra Lite IEMs are specifically contoured for users with medium to large ear sizes. For users with smaller ears, we recommend carefully considering the fit before purchase, as the form factor may not suit smaller ear canals.

The earbuds cause ear pain after long use. How can I improve comfort?

While these earbuds are designed with ergonomic comfort in mind, we recommend limiting prolonged use to no more than 5 hours per session. Prolonged wear beyond this duration may lead to ear fatigue or discomfort, even with ergonomic design.

What should I do to get better quality sound out of this IEM ?
