The earbuds cause ear pain after long use. How can I improve comfort?

Even this earbuds is ergonomic, we recommend you not to use more than 5 hours every time. Otherwise your ear will hurt. Note: Comfort varies by ear shape and listening duration, we recommend these for medium/large ears.

The sound is muffled. How can I fix it?

Possible solutions: Clear earwax buildup from the nozzle using a suitable cleaning tool，such as toothbrush. Ensure the ear tips are fully attached and not blocked. Try a different ear tip size for a proper seal.

Why does my iem often develop sound imbalance? I have tested with a new cable and ruled out connection issues.

Sound imbalance often stems from earwax or debris buildup on the nozzle, this clogs or disrupts sound output. We recommend regularly cleaning the filter mesh with a suitable brush or tweezers, ideally once a week. Avoid sharp tools to prevent damage

How do I clean the ear tips?

Cleaning steps: Remove tips and rinse with lukewarm water. Gently scrub with mild soap to remove earwax. Air dry completely before reattaching. Note: Replace foam tips every 3 months and silicone tips every 6 months for optimal hygiene.
