The Pultec EQP-1A two-band tube equalizer is a re-creation of the classic program equalizer featuring the same powerful bass and silky smooth highs that made the original a studio legend. Designed by Pulse Techniques Eugene Shenk and Ollie Summerland, each EQP-1A employs original-spec components making it virtually identical to the original. While many have tried to imitate Pultecs EQP-1A since, few have been able to come close to truly emulating the EQs classic sound.
