CROSS PLATFORM CONTROLLER

Reloop Beatpad 2 is the only professional and robust cross-platform controller that can be used to exploit the full potential of djay. It is also one of the few controllers on the market that is compatible with the Android version of djay. The Beatpad 2 is also seamlessly implemented in the new djay version for Mac – no other DJ controller offers such versatile platform support. The scope of delivery also includes a USB, Lightning and Android OTG cable.

ADVANCED TRACK MANAGEMENT

A track preview is now possible within the Browse function without having to load a song into a deck, while the Queue List represents a virtual queue that can be used to place tracks on the fly. The library switch button also allows you to quickly switch between different libraries at the touch of a button. The Beatpad 2 also allows a beat grid to be edited directly from the controller: the start marker can be reset using the jog wheel if the automated beat does not match the grid.

With the current djay version, the streaming services Tidal, Soundcloud, Beatport Link and Beatsource are seamlessly integrated into Algoriddim djay! For you, this means direct access to millions of tracks that can be mixed live with the Beatpad 2 – as if the music were on your iPad! Your favorite artists, the current charts of your preferred genre or your playlists – you always have them with you! A large memory or an extensive music library is no longer necessary. Tidal and Soundcloud also have an innovative Match & Mix system that analyzes and suggests tracks by genre, BPM and even harmony – so professional mixes can be created completely regardless of skill level. Thanks to offline storage with Beatport Link and Beatsource.

REAL-TIME VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL ISOLATION

djay Pro AI introduces Neural Mix technology, allowing DJs to isolate, play and remix individual elements from multiple tracks in real time. On-screen, djay Pro AI provides intuitive sliders and controls that allow the user to seamlessly blend between a song’s percussive and harmonic components, which is best suited for electronic music, or instantly create acapellas and instrumentals with the touch of a button, which is most Best suited for hip hop related music. Over 30 new MIDI-mappable Neural Mix commands can be assigned to the Reloop controller.

MULTISENSORY PAD MODE SECTION

Slicer, loop, sampler and dynamic multi-effects control are just a few of the new, exciting remixing options that can now be controlled directly with the Beatpad 2. The velocity-sensitive drum pads with intelligent RGB lighting provide visual feedback on the selected mode.

SLICER / SLICE LOOP MODE

Beatpad 2 is the first controller for djay on the market that directly controls slicer / slice loop mode. Using slicer mode, the track is divided into short segments that enable spontaneous remixing. In slice loop mode, loops can be deconstructed in the same way.

TOUCH FX/JOG FX MODE

Touch FX and Jog FX Mode are two new creative options for effects mixing. In Touch FX mode, a total of 8 different FX presets can be defined and dynamically used via the performance pads. The intensity of the effect is influenced by the attack dynamics.

HARMONIC MIXING

With the key lock function, the pitch can be maintained at the push of a button when the pitch changes. The key match feature automatically adjusts the key of the current song for harmonious transitions.
