I played the tenors in high school and college and now my oldest son is following in my footsteps. Back in the day, I wouldâve loved to have had these pads. So awesome!

Good but some problems.
Quad pad is very good quality. I looked for a pad that has built in rims like this one and seeing it being from Vic firth I saw no reason to get it. However after a week or so of usage the rims would start to loosen off, the rims are just glued on there. I would have to re apply my own glue for it to stay on until one day a rim hit made the drum 2 rim go flying across my room. But if you donât mind re applying them on, itâs great! And the lining I guess you could say for each drum to have it feel like an actual head instead of rubber after applied is a super nice touch. Good product, no so good rims.
